Ministry keeps 2019 grain harvest outlook at 118 mln tns

MOSCOW, Jul 2 (PRIME) -- The Agriculture Ministry retains its forecast for Russia’s grain harvest in 2019 at 118 million tonnes, Deputy Minister Oksana Lut said Tuesday at a meeting of a council on agricultural issues at the Federation Council, the parliament’s upper house.

“Given the current grain forecast of 118 million tonnes,-- harvesting has just begun -- we keep this forecast,” she said.
